X: What are you busy with recently?
Y: I just have a longest break ever since my debut. During this period i spent a lot of time training up my body, and also learning different things

 

X: Earlier in August, your conversation on the UFO platform with fans were revealed, you mentioned that during your break you have been watching tv and surfing net at home. Other than those, how do you spend your leisure time?
Y: It seem i indeed spent more time resting at home, but i am also exercising hard too

X: Have you ever have a Christmas break ever since you promote as a member of SNSD? If you get to have a break this Christmas, what will you do?
Y: From my memory, my Christmas has always been spent with the members. Compared to what i want to do, i am contented if i am able to spend the day happily and blissfully.

 

X: How are you spending Christmas this year?
Y: Hmm….. no plans yet!

 

X: Among the Christmas gifts that you have received so far, is there one that you like the most? Any unforgettable memories?
Y: Any Christmas gifts can make me happy! The most unforgettable Christmas will be the one i spent with the members in Japan promoting 2 years ago. In my memory that Christmas dinner is sumptuous, and the staffs in Japan also disguised as Santas Claus to build up the atmosphere.

 

X: Your favourite Christmas song?
Y: ‘LAST CHRISTMAS’

 

X: There are a lot of people who will start preparing a wish list on Christmas to fulfill next year. Do you have such practice? Is there any wish that you have yet to fulfill?
Y: Haha, I’m the type that plan better than doing. For the remaining days of this year, I hope to improve my body constitution.

 

X: Between a singer and an actress, which role do you like more?
Y: Actually it is difficult for me to choose between singer and actress, and which role is more interesting and attractive. To me, the difference is that as a singer i am with my members but as an actress it is a solo activity. Occasionally i do feel lonely when i am working alone.

 

X: Regards to acting, is there any roles that you have desire to challenge?
Y: The roles i wish to try are sides that i have never display for the audience.

 

X: Other than acting, singing and hosting show, are there any fields that you wish to challenge? Have you ever thought of hosting a radio program or playing a role in a musical play like your members?
Y: Because i have tried narrating many times, many people said i am suitable to be a radio DJ. However, i am not a conversable person, i feel that it will be a huge challenge for me to be a DJ. Actually i enjoy narrating a lot, or should i put it this way, i do enjoy any channel that i am able to use my voice to express my feelings to the audience.

 

X: Looking back at 2014 survey by experts or online poll, you earn many 1st place for polls like “The most desirable female celebrity’s face”, “Top 10 Asian charming goddess”, “Idol fans with the most amount of rice wreath donated”, “Hallyu female star that chinese fans wish to spend Chinese valentine day with”. How do you feel about all these titles?
Y: Really? hehe. I am thankful to be able to earn these titles from such outstanding polls／surveys. I will work even harder in the future to be able to be involved in such voting.

 

X: How do you feel each time when you see the amazing support from SONE?
Y: To the dear supporters, i only have 3 words to say: ‘Sorry, Grateful and Love’. SONE are our motivation from the past til now. In the future they will still be our motivation. I will always be grateful for their support and love.

 

X: If you are not a celebrity now, how will you be like now?
Y: Everyone think that no matter what i will most likely become a celebrity. But other than this, i am interested in culinary. Learning culinary, dancer or model? I am interested in these professions.

 

X: Give a sentence to ‘you’ 10 years from now.
Y: I want to be a 30 years old woman who can look back with no regrets

 

X: What do you wish for SNSD to be like 10 years later?
Y: By then, we are around 35 years old. I am also curious what will everyone be doing then. If its possible, my biggest wish is to continue the journey as a SNSD member together with SONE.

X: 최근에 바빴나?

Y: 데뷔 이후로 제일 오랜 휴식기였다. 쉬는 동안 체력을 많이 기르려 했고, 새로운 일을 많이 배워보려 했다.

X: 8월에 UFO에서 팬들과 대화하는 것이 알려졌는데, 윤아씨는 쉬는 동안 집에서 TV를 보고 인터넷을 많이 한다고 했다. 그 외엔 쉬는 시간을 어떻게 보내나?

Y: 집에서 쉬는 시간이 많은 건 사실이고, 요즘 운동을 열심히 하고 있다. 

X: 소녀시대로 활동한 이후 크리스마스에 쉬어본 적이 있나? 올해 크리스마스에 쉬게 된다면 뭘 하고 싶나? 

Y: 내 기억에, 크리스마스는 항상 멤버들하고 같이 보낸 것 같다. 하고 싶은 일보다는, 그 날 기쁘고 즐겁게 보낼 수 있다면 만족한다.

X: 올해 크리스마스는 어떻게 보낼 계획인가?

Y: 음... 아직 계획이 없다! 

X: 지금까지 받았던 크리스마스 선물 중에 제일 좋았던 것인 무엇인가? 잊지 못할 추억이 있다면? 

Y: 크리스마스 선물이라면 다 좋다! 가장 잊지 못할 크리스마스는 2년 전에 멤버들과 함께 일본에서 활동 중에 보낸 크리스마스다. 저녁식사가 정말 최고였고, 일본 스탭들이 마치 산타처럼 분위기를 띄워줬다. (주: 정열대륙 때인 듯!)

X: 제일 좋아하는 크리스마스 노래는? 

Y: ‘LAST CHRISTMAS’

X: 가수와 배우 중 어느 것이 더 좋나?

Y: 사실 가수와 배우 중에 어느 게 더 재미있다, 좋다, 말하기는 힘든 것 같다. 내가 느끼는 가장 큰 차이는 가수일 때는 멤버들과 같이 있지만 배우일 때는 혼자라는 점이다. 혼자 일하다 보면 조금 외로울 때가 있긴 있다. 

X: 연기 방면에서, 도전해보고 싶은 역할은 있나?

Y: 아직까지 시청자들에게 보여주지 못한 면을 보여주는 역할을 해보고 싶다.

X: 연기, 노래, 엠씨 말고 도전해보고 싶은 분야는 있나? 다른 멤버들처럼 라디오 DJ나 뮤지컬에 도전해볼 생각은 해본 적 없나?

Y: 나레이션을 여러 번 해봐서, 사람들이 라디오 DJ도 하면 어울리지 않겠나 말씀해주신다. 하지만 나는 말을 잘 못해서, DJ를 하는 건 아주 큰 도전이지 않을까 한다. 사실 나레이션 하는 것은 굉장히 좋아한다. 음, 다르게 말하면, 어떤 일이든 목소리를 통해 듣는 사람에게 감정을 전달하는 일은 다 좋아한다. 

X: 2014년에 전문가와 대중 모두 윤아씨를 "가장 아름다운 여자 연예인", "아시아 매력적인 여신 top 10", "쌀 화환 기부 아이돌팬 1위", "중국 팬들이 발렌타인데이를 함께 보내고 싶은 한류여성스타 1위" 등으로 뽑았다. 어떻게 생각하나? 

Y: 정말요? 헤헤. 그런 좋은 조사에서 1위를 하게 되어 정말 감사하다. 앞으로 또 그런 후보에 오를 수 있도록, 더욱 열심히 하겠다. 

X: 소원에게 응원 받는 것을 볼 때마다 어떤 생각이 드나? 

Y: 소원 여러분에게 드릴 말씀은 세 가지뿐인 거 같아요. "미안하고, 고맙고, 사랑해요." 소원은 예전부터 지금까지 우리가 달려오는 원동력이고, 앞으로도 그럴 거예요. 언제나 팬들의 응원과 사랑에 감사해요. 

X: 연예인이 아니었다면, 지금쯤 무얼 하고 있었을 것 같나?

Y: 다들 나는 어떻게든 연예인이 되었을 거라고 얘기한다. 하지만 이쪽 일 말고도, 요리에 관심이 있다. 요리를 배우거나, 댄서거나, 모델? 이런 일에 관심이 있는 것 같다.

X: 10년 후의 자신에게 한 마디를 한다면?

Y: 과거를 돌아볼 때 후회가 없는 30대 여성이 되고 싶다.

X: 10년 후의 소녀시대에게 바라는 점은?

Y: 그때면 우리 모두 서른다섯 살 정도일 텐데, 다들 그때는 무슨 일을 하고 있을지 궁금하다. 하지만 가능하다면, 가장 바라는 것은 소원과 함께 소녀시대의 멤버로서 길을 계속 걸어나가는 것이다.
